The last few months of Ellises’ Analysis podcasts have been about straightforward movies, so we were overdue to get into surreal territory in our 382nd episode. Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson chew it up as they tease us with their sometimes indecipherable speech patterns and they REALLY tease us as they play up the homosexual subtext. It’s a meaty movie, matey. So leave that seagull alone and gulp down some tasty turpentine as we spill our beans about The Lighthouse.
